Here is some steps to help troubleshoot your printing issue.
- Install the latest Citrix client of 10.x.
- Here is the link for the windows client.
- Install the latest printer driver.
- You have to figure which website to go to.
- When emailing or calling please let me know when you are connecting to your printer locally or thru the network.
- Local printers are easier to fix than a remote printer.
- Uninstall unused or network printer you are not using.
- Every printer in your printer list will cause Citrix to install a driver for it
- Please let us know what OS you are using. The new printer improvement mostly affects people that have the latest Windows Citrix client install on their machine. Most of the improvement to printing functionality is only available in the Windows environment. All others require installation of a standard driver.
