Setting up (and Resetting) your Verizon Blackberry PDA to work with IEM MS Exchange system

then follow the directions below similarly

For Reset
-Go to the following website and log into your Blackberry Internet Service(BIS) account.

-Click on "edit" by your school email account
-Delete and retype your email password (do not change it). Click “save”.
This will update your information with your phone and your email messages will then be received.

For First time Set up

Go to the following website and log into your Blackberry Internet Service(BIS) account.

If you do not know your user id and password for your BIS account, follow one of the links on this page and call support find out your information.

If you already have an existing IEM email account on your Blackberry, then start on step 1, if not then go to step 3.

1. Locate your existing account on the list

2. Click Delete to the right of the ieminc.org account to remove the existing account.

3. Click on the button.

4. Fill in email address (e.g. jsmith@ieminc.org) and password for your iem email account , Hit Next

5. After a few seconds you should see a success message.

6. You are done. Log out. You should now be receiving your IEM emails on your Blackberry.
